    Training plan said LSD at 8:45 pace so that's what I did. Nice run today from Carleton through Poulton-le-Fylde and then ran on a trail alongside the River Wyre before heading to the prom at Cleveleys and back to Blackpool.

      Yeh weather is quite nice. I am just going to cycle in a top and Gillet today ( still tights) but we are getting near to exposing the lilly white legs.

  8. alright20km trail run 12.43 mi / 01:39 07:59 pace

    two weeks after tokyo and first long run. kept it steady, which is just as well, because me is kapputt today, probably because it is very windy out there.
