    Long run. Not quite sure how I managed that as felt tired before I started! Slightly slower than last week but just happy to have finished.

    Intervals training. Felt a bit sluggish going out but combination of good company and encouragement got me going. By the end actually felt up for doing a 5k which I haven't done in ages.

    Long run. Glad to get to the 20 mile milestone, lovely morning with good friends to keep each other going. Still felt a bit tired after Thursday so pleased to get it done.
