  7. RUN
    great 3.08 mi 00:30 09:44 pace

Went slow at some parts, sprinted others. I'm starting to get proud of my sprint ability. I was able to keep it at nice clip for about a solid mile there.

THAT WAS AWESOME! GREAT TIME TOO! Probably could have gone a little faster... I might be ready...

  9. RUN
    great 6.74 mi 01:10 10:23 pace

Only really pushed myself like 2 times the whole way. Rest of the run I barely even broke a sweat and almost never got out of breath.

Dehydrated and baked in the mid-day sun...

Seems like I've shaved a decent minute from my 2 mile time... I was a bit shaky on the last .5 mile... maybe I'll try again on a real track soon...

  13. RUN
    good fun 9.56 mi 02:20 14:38 pace
