pop tarts, bagels with pb&j, gels, and clif bars. %^) the more i train, though, the less food i end up eating compared to what i used to. if the run is a slog, i don't eat as much. if it is more of an aggressive pace, we'll burn more glycogen so eating more is essential.

Great Job! Nice to put a name with a face. At least I can say I've attended all three years if not finishing any but running about 17 miles each year. Good thing it's a FA and not a DNF.
