      Great Job! Nice to put a name with a face. At least I can say I've attended all three years if not finishing any but running about 17 miles each year. Good thing it's a FA and not a DNF.

    good Quail Hollow State Park 4 mi

    did about five miles with Presley in her local grounds. did not eat so it was a glycogen-depleted push. felt fine and had Mexican after. was hungover so that added to the challenge.

      pop tarts, bagels with pb&j, gels, and clif bars. %^) the more i train, though, the less food i end up eating compared to what i used to. if the run is a slog, i don't eat as much. if it is more of an aggressive pace, we'll burn more glycogen so eating more is essential.

      forgot to also mention no breakfast ... went to bed and kept sleeping off and on until the run. no food or gels and felt fine. it took me a while to settle into the late lunch, though. . .
