    I broke my shoulder last Sunday during soccer. This is my first day off narcotics. Not a lot I can do with my arm strapped to my chest. Walking and recumbent bike for me.

    Slow, quiet, and beautiful. The cool pool is perfect after running. I did make it to work on time, but it was kinda close.

    I dribbled a soccer ball for three miles. In the second mile I did straights and corners. It was hard but I like the focus It requires. I lost the ball twice while sprinting.

    Nice hike with Taticus. We went up to the saddle of Montara, had a snack, and back. I took the day off work. We went dancing at the Cat Club last night. Sleeping in was good.
