    It was late evening and a cool breeze. Pretty painful walking though but i hadn't done it for a while so I pushed through the pain.

    Had a acupressure treatment today and then went for this walk...not a good idea...but I survived. I've put ice on many parts of my body today. I need to plan better...

    It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Glad I did it. I just need to do it more often each week. At least 3 or 4 times could be a goal.

      That's a good goal. I fell off the wagon last week. Plus it was raining a lot. But it wasn't raining this morning, so I made myself get out there!
