It went well overall. The limiting factor toward the last 4 miles was my left hamstrings. They got so tight and sore. So happy I covered the distance but wondering how I'll add 11.1 to that!


i hear you ! are we going to run 16 this weekend together? i may be going to mammoth and thus, running on Monday instead of on Sunday.
