I was planning on 6 but walked the 2nd half back. My right Achilles started hurting a lot so I knew walking was best.

good Long Run 15 mi
It went well overall. The limiting factor toward the last 4 miles was my left hamstrings. They got so tight and sore. So happy I covered the distance but wondering how I'll add 11.1 to that!

Yaaaaay Marta!!! I can't believe we have gotten to this point! Training since January.... I remember thinking "how am I going to run 8 miles after only running 3"!!! LOL ---- Its been a roller coaster and as you said, finishing the training part only has been a HUGE accomplishment! I'm so proud of you too! :)
Lets go out there, take it slow, and have fun listening to the music. Look out San Diego - the Cuban and the Italian are coming your way!
