Long run with the group. Pretty tired from yesterday's activities but the company as well as a "relief station" complete with oranges and candy helped!

finally, 2nd run of double brick. Just Patricia and I for this one (we left Ueli shovelling). More snow and we were pooped, running about 30s slower than the first run. Still fun. :)

2nd ride of double brick with Ueli & Patricia - this time we did 5 x (3 mins hill, 1 min high cadence sprint). Legs felt pretty tired getting on the bike this time.
