    Progression run with every KM faster than the one before... best way to pass the time! Started at 6:08 and finished at 5:09. Sweat fest today.

    Warmed up with the group then paced Nancy for her 5K LT (5:29/km). Hot night out there! Sponges plunged in ice water after we finished were thoroughly enjoyed!

    This was the hilliest 5K I have ever seen - pure evil! A fun event though and nice race kits/medals. 1st place 18+ female and 6th overall.
