      Legs feel really good after my yoga stretch yesterday. So far this stretch is been working grate for my recovery P90x .

      Yes you took the world out my mouth hahah i also do the abs love it. I found a video in youtube is really great is only 22 to 25 minutes. since I do run after this workouts I don't want to get really tired.
