  1. good 350 m

Added 2 more laps today and finished just as quickly as I did with 2 less laps. Sucking wind...heart beating out of my chest...but good times!

It's healing for sure. Still get the occasional pain down the leg when I sit for a long time. So much better than it used to be though. Trying to be patient and let it heal before I hit the road again. They say it can take up to 6 months to totally heal. I'm still a month or 2 away.

  2. good 300 m

Another swim. A little easier this time although it's still a kick in the tail.

  3. good 300 m

Swimming is tiring. But good for my back. So I'll keep at it. Gotta work up some endurance.

  6. good 3.16 mi / 00:28 08:51 pace

Got back to my old trail...it's been a while since I've run out there.

  7. good 2.52 mi / 00:22 08:56 pace

    Night run in the neighborhood.

  8. good 2.5 mi / 00:23 09:16 pace

Hot. Hot. Hot. 99 degrees at 6pm. But hey. If you gotta run you gotta run.

  9. alright 2.36 mi / 00:21 09:04 pace

First run back....and the back felt ok. Gonna ease back in...see if this back holds up.

  10. No running for a while. Back is officially jacked up. The pounding only aggravates it at the moment. So...looks like it might be a couple more weeks before I'm back at it. Until then we'll see if I can't get out on the mountain bike...and hopefully... read more
