Added 2 more laps today and finished just as quickly as I did with 2 less laps. Sucking wind...heart beating out of my chest...but good times!

No running for a while. Back is officially jacked up. The pounding only aggravates it at the moment. So...looks like it might be a couple more weeks before I'm back at it. Until then we'll see if I can't get out on the mountain bike...and hopefully... read more

3 months agoIt's healing for sure. Still get the occasional pain down the leg when I sit for a long time. So much better than it used to be though. Trying to be patient and let it heal before I hit the road again. They say it can take up to 6 months to totally heal. I'm still a month or 2 away.
