    Around and around the soccer field we go. A nice long walk during B's soccer practice last night. Uneven terrain gave the back and legs a bit of a fit but it was good overall.

    First walk in my new VFF Sprint shoes. Feet are a bit sore and tender but no blisters. Gonna keep working towards running in them...need some time for the muscles to adjust and callouses to build.

    My first TN run. It was hot. And by that I mean humid. And by that I mean dripping wet. Wheeeeww. One down.

      Yep, you can't escape it. I did 9 on Saturday, drank well over a liter while running and still lost two pounds during the run. Oh yeah, that includes having eaten breakfast before the run. Be careful out there.
