    Ages! since I've logged into the dailymile - since the last time I have a new road bike new MTB, joined a gym and have cut down on the running a bit as it was beginning to hurt too much.

    Ran the tracks and trails then up a climb known locally as 'the chimneys' - it's steep!

    Slight break in the weather - the rain stopped until I got on the fell tops then it started to pour! Wet and muddy!
