Wow, this was tough. Had a few drinks last night with a friend, but I got to bed early so I thought I'd be OK. Wrong. I just felt bad for the whole run. BUT - I ran 15.5 miles and lived to talk about it. By far my longest run ever. None of us timed it but my guess is that took around 2:30.


Mark - way to tough it out. If I'm going more than 10 the next day I lay off the "sports elixirs" - works for me.
