good hash - dwaine hare 6.83 mi 01:08 09:53 pace

we asked that he keep it short (5 miles or so) since it was so hot - he didn't - and he ran pretty much every hill on west side - oh well - feels good now that we're done

    great hare 8.02 mi 01:16 09:29 pace

I was headed out of town yesterday morning and was weaving in and out of runners, I had figured most of the hashers would've been running in that.

most of us normally do but angela and jonathan are just getting back from injuries, katie had kid's ball games, teresa, tony, and matt had to attend FSU graduation and I just haven't been training enough to race - a lot of conflicts with the race this year

  13. RUN
    good hare 6.21 mi 00:59 09:30 pace

harold showed up early to mark the course - there was an unexpected downpour at 6:05, including hail, washed all of harold's marks away so i had to hare - felt pretty good

  14. RUN
good hash - tony hare 6.3 mi 01:00 09:26 pace

tony hared from mary lou retton park - had a pretty good course considering the limited options out there - i purposely ran some extra long checks - felt good

harold was putting down a good course for 20 hounds, unfortunatley there were only 4 of us - an injured walker, tony who left early, and me and teresa - after an hour we quit - i seriously don't th... read more
