felt like crap at the beginning of the run (felt like crap the whole day) - but after i got going i felt pretty good - running always makes things better

I was headed out of town yesterday morning and was weaving in and out of runners, I had figured most of the hashers would've been running in that.

most of us normally do but angela and jonathan are just getting back from injuries, katie had kid's ball games, teresa, tony, and matt had to attend FSU graduation and I just haven't been training enough to race - a lot of conflicts with the race this year
