  3. RUN
Off and ons 9.26 mi 01:04 06:57 pace

I borrowed a Joe M. workout today & did some off/ons. I wasn't trying to make them progressive, but rather keep the effort consistent..the terrain accounted a little for the last 2 (7:00,... read more

Just barely progressive 7.4 mi 00:56 07:35 pace

Run #2: Mildly progressive on an out-n-back that goes downhill out, uphill back..so we were working a bit coming back in. I'm not a huge fan of running post-dusk (compared to pre-dawn), but al... read more

    Naked luncher 5.57 mi 00:43 07:43 pace

  10. FIT
    50's 00:35

Just a quick KB workout before running. 6 sets - 50 reps per, w/ a 40# bell. Working a lot more on core strength during this cycle.

  11. FIT
    KB Ladder 00:40

Got a late start so had to cut the warmup short & took no more than 30 seconds rest between sets. We did a ladder workout with rows, floor presses, reverse lunges, and squats - starting and end... read more

I think you did better on this run than your pirates did last night. Hope the steelers do better this weekend.

Nice dozen Mark, the base is coming along. I'm always amazed how overdressed most runners are already this time of fall, even mid-day.

Looking at your route, I don't know how we didn't see each other, I ran almost the exact same route except I cut down Jefferson to Mt Lebo Blvd and then all the way up Castle Shannon instead of Scott. How funny!

Busy sports day - nice job fitting a good run in. I forgot to mention on my post that the "rest" day consists of coaching 2 soccer teams at their first practices (kindergarten co-ed and 1st/2nd grade boys).
