      I'm doing split long runs, so these add up to 21 miles for the weekend. All hills. Only 3 more weeks before taper begins for Big Sur. What happened to all that time I thought I had to train?

      Take lessons! You can really progress rapidly in swimming since there's no stress on your body. I'm going to swim every day for a month to try to get to 750m swim for LB Tri on 9/25.
