      So interesting you say that--I have kind of had the same thought. But I feel like I am still in my fitness rebuild stage and with a new coach so not sure where to go with that feeling right now. Love the 15 miler today. Hope that does the trick!

      Let me give you a tip--just stay there. At least until October. You will be so much happier. Love this little test on HR and fitness. it does get masked in the humidity. I have to keep reminding myself of that. Very nice workout Mark.

    Ran in Jefferson City, MO on the beautiful Katy Trail. It was in the 60's and absolutely beautiful. I felt like I could have run all day in these conditions.

      Pleasant. No sarcasm at all. Ha. I'm having a similar issue with my glute and hamstring as well. It gets more pronounced when it's fatigued. Chiro is definitely helping. He's been doing some really aggressive graston work actually down by the back of my knee. I always think of Marcie and the glute shutdown earlier this year and want to keep tabs on it.
