A little snow, a little wind but a nice run on the trail with Kim & Tom. Wanted to run more so the girls and I headed out for a run when I got home.

5 up intervals X 4 with only a 1 minute walk instead of a 2 minute and a little extra added at the end to get me to 3.5 miles.
