Thanks, Jen. He's getting better- no fever finally and is a bit lively today. Still kind of whiny with lots of screaming and whatnot this morning. Can't tell if he doesn't feel good, or if he's just spoiled from being babied while he didn't feel good! :)

Thanks, Terry! I've not forgotten about you- just been extrememly busy. Started my 3rd part time job- which really isn't what I'd planned on when I became a stay at home mom. All these "opportunities" keep popping up and I feel like I need to take them! Just joined the big gym in town, so hopefully I'll stay on track! How's your training coming?

Don't stress over it to much. This close to race day you will have built your base fitness. Backing off to heal will be far more beneficial than risking more damage by pushing yourself. You might try doing quad/toe exercises and stretching before every workout...That's what I'm doing to recover from my knee problems. Hang in there. You will do great.

I read something else that says they coach people to increase steps/minute by only 5-6 every 3 weeks or something like that. It is a very gradual thing. I was releived because I just can't get it!!
