now i do some eye exercises, to improve alignment if it is necessary and visual acuity on the left eye, i look at in the mirror for a while and see if i can feel the pathways

good, focused on balance, keeping spine straight, shoulders down, focused on injured ankle, focused on keeping arms relaxed to move and head up, focused on form, since just starting up again

and when it is more balanced, then over time or automatically the form or movements will be more efficient. so if the form was perfected and balanced in the beginning, as in any practice or sport, then over time,the person is more efficient, less prone to injury, and more accurate in reaching results or having consistency in high quality performance
