      Yay, running! Remember to check your posture, relax your hands and breath deep. I always get a cramp in my side when I forget to breath.

    Was a good run today. Again with kids, Bri ran the entire mile today without stopping. Caleb rode his bike and I only had to tell him not to run people over once.
