    First solo ride. Worked on getting used to gear changes on the smaller hills. Felt wonderful.

    Got home at 10:30pm and had to get my 15 minutes in somehow. I put on a yogamazing podcast and did the entire, 20 minute flow. Oh, and then I did a 60 second plank for #plankaday.
