  1. RUN
    good Long Beach Half-Marathon 13.1 mi 02:10 09:53 pace

I'm happy with finishing, I had fallen off my training and was sick the past few days, so wasn't sure how the race was going to go. It was a nice flat course along the beach for most of it.

  2. RUN
    Neighborhood Run 2.75 mi 00:25 08:57 pace

Another early morning run, might be the best time for me to get some miles in

  3. RUN
    Neighborhood 2.5 mi 00:22 08:38 pace

Finally over a cold and back to running, a bit scary because I had way too much time off and running a half-marathon in less than 2 weeks. Yikes!

  4. RUN
good Neighborhood Run 5 mi 00:45 09:04 pace

Pretty warm day and a run in the afternoon, but glad I got it in

  5. RUN
    good Embarcadero 6.25 mi 00:54 08:39 pace

A nice run after work, beautiful afternoon in the city

  6. RUN
    Embarcadero 5 mi 00:48 09:41 pace

First run after the marathon, took a week off and now back to it. Training begins now for a half-marathon in October

  7. RUN
alright San Francisco Marathon! 26.2 mi 04:26 10:08 pace

Complete my first marathon! Everything was going smooth sailing, at the half-way point I was at 2hr 1min, not bad since the first half hills are worse and I felt great. But then at mile 16 my quad ... read more

  8. RUN
good Sawyer Camp Trail 10 mi 01:25 08:32 pace

A nice pace, tapering down the distance a little. Full marathon next weekend!

  9. RUN
good Sawyer Camp Trail 5 mi 00:43 08:36 pace

A nice easy run after work, a bit warm but felt good to stretch the legs

Nice 5 in this heat! Sounds like - and looks like (by your pace) it went very well.

  10. RUN
good Sawyer Camp Trail 13.12 mi 01:57 08:53 pace

Today's run felt great, now if I can only run this same pace for twice the distance I'll be set. Two weeks to go!

  11. RUN
Eaton Park Trail Run 3.68 mi 00:38 10:12 pace

Lots of elevation changes on this up and down trail. Felt good to run in the shade on a nice warm day

  12. RUN
good Sawyer Camp Trail 21.09 mi 03:19 09:27 pace

My last long run until the race in 3 weeks. It went pretty well I slowed down a bit at the end but all in all I think I'm ready (I hope)

  13. RUN
    alright Embarcadero 6.14 mi 00:57 09:12 pace

A bit of a slower run, I'd like to blame it on a beautiful evening in the city and a game night so a crowded street, but I think the couple of donuts for lunch are more to blame

  14. RUN
good Neighborhood Run 4.55 mi 00:38 08:25 pace

I've found a new time to run, after the baby goes to bed, plus it is cooler in the evening and almost always time; just cuts into sleep a little

  15. RUN
good Sawyer Camp Trail 10.04 mi 01:28 08:48 pace

A good run, started off early but still was 80 degrees by the time I finished. If this heat continues, next week I'll have to start at 6am because the run will be about twice as long
