  1. RUN
    great 8.01 mi 01:00 07:29 pace

So close to round numbers. The OCD part of me wants to go back and run 2 seconds more for one tenth less distance. While the pragmatic part of me wants to just round them off.

  2. RUN
    great 5.15 mi 00:40 07:44 pace

Rotated in the VFF this morning just to keep things lively. Very sleepy. One of those runs with long slow eye blinking. Of course felt (a little) more awake by the end.

  3. RUN
    great 5.23 mi 00:40 07:43 pace

Only 10 day left until the Mt. Cheaha 50k

  4. RUN
    good 7.89 mi 01:00 07:38 pace

Heavy fog this morning. Beautiful moon shown through as the sun was rising on the opposite horizon.

  5. RUN
    great 5.13 mi 00:39 07:32 pace

Got a line on a motorcycle and had to head out of town last minute over the weekend to get it. Missed my long runs, but still feeling strong.

  6. RUN
    5.61 mi 00:41 07:21 pace

Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto is finally on @Rdio. My runability rating is 6.5 of 10.

  7. RUN
    great 5.14 mi 00:40 07:45 pace

Late start running. Kids decided to wake up at 5am again. Looking forward to teenage years when we can't get them out of bed.

  8. RUN
    great 4.86 mi 00:38 07:45 pace

    Humid and unseasonably warm.

  9. RUN
    good 4.65 mi 00:33 07:10 pace

    Good head clearing run.

  10. RUN
    good 4.14 mi 00:34 08:09 pace

Seems a couple days rest did the trick. Felt much less fatigue this morning.

  12. RUN
    Percy Warner 23.41 mi 03:50 09:48 pace

Not able to do a long run in the morning, so did it tonight instead. Forgot band aids for nipples, but found some packing tape in the car. Yes… it was painful taking off. Otherwise good run on the ... read more

  13. RUN
    6.23 mi 00:48 07:38 pace

Listened to a RadioLab podcast about confronting the boogie man as I ran through a cemetery. Instinctively ran faster.

  14. RUN
    5.53 mi 00:43 07:47 pace

My legs have been feeling fatigue for over a week now. Making me concerned for the Mt. Cheaha 50k in about 30 days. Hoping it's just a passing phase.

  15. RUN
    alright 12.64 mi 01:40 07:53 pace

Crazy heavy fog this morning. Took a lot of reflective precautions.

  16. RUN
    Percy Warner 13.37 mi 02:02 09:06 pace

Got a late start and had to abandon the trails when the sun went down. Forgot to pack the headlamp.

  17. RUN
tired Spring Hill Trails 7.39 mi 00:56 07:32 pace

Crazy day. My youngest son woke up vomiting through the night, I had to stay with him through the morning. Caught up on work the rest of the day. Then my run this evening felt very labored.

      Nice Job:

It is so much fun being a parent sometimes! Good for you for staying up to help your son and still get a workout in.
