    Slapped on the VFF to try and work out my foot a little more. Felt good. Certainly more sensory feedback.

      Have been tracking runs on Strava for the last 6mo or so. I actually like it quite a bit. They provide a vast amount of data/reporting on activities. The thing is... it's all cyclists over there. No runners! Miss my running folk

      Got some weird sharp pain in my left foot. Trying not to take any time off. Substituting low-impact. Plus, building a muscle foundation in order to start commuting to work on the bike. Main priority is still running though ;)

    Is there a methodology for road biking similar to Chi Running or the Pose Method? This is a whole new set of muscle groups for me!!

      you could simply try spinning the same cadence as in running. for example if you run 180 steps per minute, your bike cadence would be 90.

    Ate too much cobweb, ended up bailing on the Highland Rim trail and running on the Trace instead. Too far overgrown to consider myself "running".
