good Grandi Salite del Triangolo Lariano: il Ghisallo 86.3 km 03:10 16.9mph pace

Bel giro lungo che porta a un totale di circa 160 km percorsi in due giorni consecutivi, con 2500 metri di dislivello totale. Questa volta il punto cruciale รจ il Ghisallo, storica salita che mi ritrovo ad affrontare nel mezzo di una gara (Granfondo Fabio Casartelli): strada piena di ciclisti, ne supero molti e arrivo in cima in 31'59" (19'39" al primo scollinamento). Immancabile la visita al Santuario e ai vari monumenti dedicati al ciclismo.
