I do struggle so dont do it very often...but today was just too cold for me....at least I burned the same amount of calories as I do when I go to gym...

Felt very tired this morning as didn't sleep to well...but still went off to do the Step class....worked out hard, but didn't burn that many calories as I do when I run in half the time...but suppose its the group activity I enjoy when I do a class...

Had a quick run this morning and didn't do anything else at gym besides 20 mins on the sunbed...am not a sunbed lover but going home in 17 days to summer and having a white body is not on!!!

Ran for 5kl - then walked for 1kl uphill, ended with 2kl run to complete my hour of cardio.
30 mins of weights, squats and abs.
Good way to start my week.-

Every 5 minutes I added more resistance...started at 85 and ended 120 - got a good sweat going and enjoyed my workout while watching the German news on tv. Lots of snow has fallen so many accidents on the autobarns around Germany.
