Did 30 mins in the morning and then did 45 mins skipping in the afternoon with some weights for upper body and abs.

I'm not getting to gym as its so cold...and find with skipping I burn more calories as well...
I leave on Sat 20th...not long to go, then can run outdoors again.

I believe 2000 is for a woman who is on her goal weight but I think it's a bit much. I would go for 1800 to 1900 to maintain.
