love how you're splitting your workouts between morning and afternoon ... sounds great! How many days till the big trip now?
about 1 month agoI'm not getting to gym as its so cold...and find with skipping I burn more calories as well...

I believe 2000 is for a woman who is on her goal weight but I think it's a bit much. I would go for 1800 to 1900 to maintain.
