Temp was minus 9 degrees this morning, went out the front door, turned around and went back in...far too cold for my liking.
Have to do something so trained for a 80 mins at home. Broke it up into two session...30 mins this morning and 50 mins this afternoon...workout done for today.


Great workout! 9 degrees C? If that is the case, that would be like a heat wave here :)

I do struggle so dont do it very often...but today was just too cold for me....at least I burned the same amount of calories as I do when I go to gym...
