Every 5 minutes I added more resistance...started at 85 and ended 120 - got a good sweat going and enjoyed my workout while watching the German news on tv. Lots of snow has fallen so many accidents on the autobarns around Germany.
After the 40 mins of cardio I did 25 mins of machines. Worked on legs today.
This evening off to teach my ladies an aerobic class.

Thanks Jackie....took me forever to get to gym this morning, looked for every excuse under the sun to stay indoors...but went and was glad I did...gym was empty as I was much later - no smelly bodies around...
