So much snow lying around I decided to do a workout at home today.
Cycled on my stationary bike - did weights and abdominals afterwards for 15 mins.
Total one hour training done today...oh and if ironing counts I did 2 baskets full as well...LOL


Great start to a Monday morning. Had to laugh at the ironing workout!

I worked out then came home and moved furniture around and washed linens and made beds.... I definitely think housework should count!!!

Great that you worked out at home, I did too.
About running and time goals: if you run just for fun time doesn't matter but if you participate in runs it is no good feeling finishing last or almost last so that's why I try to improve my time because right now I'm one of the last ones to come in.
