great Trail and Road Run to Castle 10 km 01:10 11:15 pace

As most of this route is on a slight incline I thought the pace was a little on the slow side for a 10km, there were sections I added to my pace ~ so was a little disappointed at the time....but happy that I finished it without struggling.
