After step class I ran on the treadmill at my comfortable pace of 8.5 - 9.5
After the run I had a test done by the fitness instructor...am in good overall shape - Last year Nov my body fat was 32% - Now its 23% BMI was 30.5 - Now it's 22.0 - My weight was 78.2kg's - Now 59 kg's
Have made huge improvements this last year. Lots of hard work but the results have been worth it.

Thanks Ange...I was very happy..when I told Heinz the instructor said I could lose more bodyfat and weight...but a little, he got annoyed as he already thinks I'm too thin...LOL

When I started working out this year but before starting to run. Dh looked at me very sternly, pointed to a pic of a lady runner (you know the one with the very tight runners body - zero body fat?) and said - you better never end up looking like that! I took it as a compliment - like it would ever happen. Plus I was happy he liked my flabby bits! :)

Yes I know the type, see them running at gym and pray I dont look like that myself...but no I dont, have my bits and muscle as well...most runner have NO fat on their bodies....not for me either, I want to look like a woman....

just had to lol at the comments......GREAT progess marcelle!!! very proud of you,and btw its safe to get in the 15-20% BF levels and be considered to be in the "athlete" zone for levels/% BF...right now you are 2% under what is considered "normal" or "average" which is want most woman would KILL for!!! GREAT JOB!!
