    1 day week is not enough. You get fitter and stronger the when you rest properly.

    Really....I find I dont move much when at home, I sit in front of tv, laptop most of the day so the one hour of gym is all the moving I do...I imagine if you have a very active lifestyle and train daily its too much, but for me????? what u think honestly...

    Thanks Jackie...yes it is...am used to do 35 mins so had to push to get past the feeling of wanting to get off.lol

    The main things is that you listen to your body... When you get fit and want to train all the time and think that if you even have 2 days off your fitness will suffer. You get stronger when you train after a good rest.
