Warmed up at a slow pace for the first 10 mins - Picked up the pace as wanted to get 5kl done as close within my quickest time ( 30 mins 30 sec ) got it done in 33.20 mins...slowed the pace down as wanted to run for an hour on treadmill at gym.
Afterwards did 20 mins upper body machine and free weights.
Felt very tired while running today.

great job!! and yes,im still chasing your tail...i thought i would have the time to get in some long runs over the wekend,but it didnt happen-lol!!
