    Had a good class this evening....started with warm up as temp was -10 degrees, then went into boxing with Low Impact and then Kettlebell with cardio and toning....

      I´m not sure if I understand right but you did a great class.
      I feel everytime so sorry when someone makes you sad with such "easy" things. I can´t understand why people are like that...to be friendly is the first thing you learn.

    Did warm up, then dance aerobic, ended with 15 mins boxing then abs with a stretch. Was such a lovely class with my Power Ladies.
