Taught a mixed class of Dance and Boxing with lots of interval cardio. The girls came up after class and said they loved the fusion of the styles.

Did warm up, then dance aerobic, ended with 15 mins boxing then abs with a stretch. Was such a lovely class with my Power Ladies.
