    Oooh wow. Going to take a while to get in shape. Another death march. Extremely painful side stitches made me have to walk the last mile.

    Hopped in lake mid ride. Also did a technical crit 3 laps w/12 turns. 3.43 miles at 22.2 mph. The kind of turns if you don't slow down you Will crash.

    7:26, 7:20, 6:33, 8:40, 8:55. Not exactly a tempo, just wanted to see what my legs could do after being sedentary 3 months. I think all my fast twitch muscles are hibernating. :)
