  1. RUN
great Ausitn Marathon 26.2 mi 03:15 07:25 pace

I don't know, I just went out and had fun with it. It was a beautiful day, and I felt great throughout.

  2. RUN
good Around the neighborhood 5.31 mi 00:44 08:11 pace

Pretty solid run on a blustery day. Nothing crazy, just logging some easy miles. I stopped at the DPS training center for pushups and pullups before heading in.

  3. RUN
    good Rouge's Eastside loop 11.7 mi 01:28 07:33 pace

Three mile warmup, then six miles at half marathon goal pace (6:30), then cool down with three miles back to Rogue. I lost my route map just after starting the HMGP portion, so I had to make up the... read more

  4. RUN
    alright 5.01 mi 00:42 08:25 pace

Nothing too special here, just going out for some easy miles.

  5. RUN
good Eastside Track with Rogue 11.25 mi 01:31 08:05 pace

Good, hard workout with Rogue. After a 3-mile, warmup, we did the following three times without stopping:
    600 at 5k pace (2:22) with 400 recovery
    400 at 5k pace (1:34) with 200 recovery
    400 at 1 m... read more

  6. RUN
alright Running home from the office,... 5.06 mi 46:51

Nothing crazy, just running home and getting caught a stoplights. I added in a few hills for good measure.

That's still an awesome pace. I want to run home from work some time.

Thanks! It took some getting used to, as well as trial and error, but it gives me a lot of extra time. I'll either take the bus in or my girlfriend will drop me off on the way to her job.

  7. RUN
good Running home from the office 8.26 mi 01:12 08:41 pace

Getting back into the routine of running home from the office.

  8. RUN
good Austin Marathon Course 10.07 mi 01:15 07:25 pace

The run went well enough, but it was the last ride for my New Balances. After 400 miles, they're not protecting me from the road anymore. I replaced them with a pair of Mizunos.

  9. RUN
great From Rogue to the eastside track 9.75 mi 01:13 07:29 pace

    3 mile warmup, 3 x 1200 at 10k with 3 x 800 at MGP, then a 3 mile cool down. Not too bad.

  10. RUN
great Running commute home from the... 5.57 mi 00:48 08:37 pace

Does it count as 1 run or 2 if I stop for a beer after 1.5 miles?

  11. RUN
good Out to UT and back 7.55 mi 01:05 08:38 pace

First run in the rain in while, and I had forgotten that it's a lot easier to get blisters in wet shoes. Emily is now out getting in her miles while I watch the dogs.

  12. RUN
great Town Lake, mostly 11.92 mi 01:37 08:08 pace

The first 4.25 were easy pace, but I picked up to MGP for 5 miles. I really like making long runs into speed workouts!

Thanks! I'm just listening to the heart rate monitor, and as long as it says that I'm going easy, I keep going.
