good Washington Athletic Club 2000 yd
been awhile since I've swam. Felt good. Did a ladder workout : 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 50. Finished with 3 sets of 100 and a short cooldown.

I had to take iron pills for a period of time a few years back. They are NASTY going in and coming out.
