    have not done a track workout in over 3 months. hard, but felt good doing it. 4x400m @ 1:30 with 400 jog between.

      clint, they can also be called squat thrusts....my LEAST favorite exercise. Glad today gave me the energy to do this workout. I miss running!

    not much, but did what I could. Still working on finding the right dose of thyroid medication. Looking forward to getting back to it when my body tells me so....

    living room workout while I watch the freezing rain fall outside. pushups, lunges, spiderman planks, squat jumps, tricep dips. 10 reps of every exercise, 5 rounds total.

    Haven't been running due to LOW iron levels and trying to get those back up....anyone have any experience with this or useful advice, please share :) I'm not good at NOT running

      I had to take iron pills for a period of time a few years back. They are NASTY going in and coming out.

      I've heard liquid iron is good but never tried it. If you get your thyroid checked, it's important that they check the t4 and free t3 too and not just TSH and check antibodies for graves or hashimotos disease (autoimmunte thyroiditis). Good luck!
