    Trying 5:1 run/walk. Liking it so far. If not for drizzle starting at 2.5 miles, followed by sleet starting around mile 6, it would have been a great run.

    25 degrees. Wind picked up during race. Knee was painfully tight - walked all downhills from mile 9 on. Was left knee, instead of right, which means the extra stretching works, and I just need to work on both sides evenly
