blah Ugly Mile. 1 mi 00:17 17:00 pace

All of me is ready to run... except for my left leg, from the knee down.
But, on a good note, I am laced into real shoes again!

  2. RUN
    Dog Slog 1 mi 00:17 17:00 pace

Can't even be called dog jog or dog wog... it was an ugly limping thing. In Teva's, because my feet don't fit back in shoes yet.

  3. RUN
great Umstead 100 Endurance Run 100 mi 29:49 17:53 pace

There's no emoticon for feeling great + tired + injured. A much colder, hillier race than I expected. If not for Joja J. 's encouragement and constant pace per mile updates during the las... read more

Gorgeous spring day along the river with Lara. We were a little short when we got back to the parking lot, so we grabbed bottles from the cooler for a beer/root beer mile on Powers Island.

Running around Sandy Springs and Dunwoody, with a stop at Formwell for a workout, and a detour through Big Trees Nature Preserve.

  12. RUN
good Dog Jog 3 mi 00:40 13:20 pace

Hip flexors and glutes a little crabby... or maybe I'm just crabby because of time change, and the post 6 hour ride aches are a coincidence?

  13. VELO
great Ovarian Cycle "Fake Miles" 108 mi 06:00 18.0mph pace

Never would've thought I could sit through one indoor spin class, let alone six in a row. Fundraiser for Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Amazing group of volunteers, riders, instructors, survivo... read more

This sounds awesome. What a great thing to be a part of. I've taken care of many ovarian cancer patients over the years. It's one of the more terrible types of cancer to have :-(

  14. RUN
KM Hike & Run, plus dog jog 14.3 mi 03:35 15:02 pace

Morning: 3 trips up Kennesaw Mountain Dr, past the canons, and back down to the road.
Evening: 4 Baxter miles. Tired legs.

  15. VELO
great OCRF Training "Ride" Midtown ... 62.9 mi 03:10 19.9mph pace

Did not realize this was less of a long indoor ride than it was three full-fledged spin classes in a row. Phew! Tomorrow's Kennesaw repeats are going to be s-l-o-w.

  16. RUN
    good Formwell - Treadmill 8 mi 01:33 11:40 pace

Gym membership is worth it, just for not having to run in cold, wet weather every damn day.

  17. Shared Photo

It's not just the road/trail running photos that are awful... I am extremely un-photogenic in multiple sports. Working on beer mitten, to keep the boredom away during indoor pedaling.
