Worked out with my trainer. Pretty low key workout, overall.

4 sets pull ups (8, 6/4, 4/4, 3/5)

2 warmup sets barbell squats (95 lbs x 20 reps, 125 lbs x 15 reps)

4 sets barbell squats (140 lbs x 12 reps)

4 supersets:

walking lunges (6 forward, 6 back x 2, 20 lb dumbbells)
stiff leg dead lifts (85 lbs x 12 reps)
barbell calf raises (140 lbs x 20 reps)
3 sets regular push ups x 20 reps

The itch had actually left me earlier in the day. Could it be related to the weather? Maybe the banana I ate helped?
