Today was a day to do a leg workout, but it wasn’t that hard. It was probably a good idea to not overdo it, as I had lots of stuff to do the rest of the day.

warmup:
treadmill
3 sets: single leg squats with the TRX rope

4 supersets, 15 reps:
lateral barbell squats (from 95-120 lbs (not sure about this; will check again))
stiff leg dead lifts (85 lbs)

4 supersets, 15 reps:
barbell squats (135 lbs)
single leg squat jumps with the TRX rope
