I try to get a good, solid workout in at least 5 days a week. This week I missed Monday and then Wednesday, and it put me in a strange head state regarding getting all my exercise in for the week. I spent most of the day bumming around town, and then I struggled to get myself to the gym in the evening.
30 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 miles)
20 minutes on the rowing machine (learning how to use it effectively)
A few additional exercises:
declined sit ups with one leg stabilizing (2 sets: 10 reps on each side)
dips (2 sets: 6, 5)
clean and press (1 set: 50 lbs x 10 — testing the weight for the full circuit I plan to do tomorrow)
cable pull down (1 set: 42.5 x 15)
