great treadmill sprint intervals 00:20

I snuck in an hour at the gym on my way to Penn Station to go to NJ for grandmother packing duties. I had it in my head that I would do speed work on the treadmill, and that’s just what I did, despite the pain.

20 minutes of pace and sprint intervals. From memory:

5 minute warm-up at 7.2 mph
.5 mi @ 8 mph
.5 mi @ 8.2 mph
~2 mins @ 8.5 mph
90 seconds @ 9.0 mph
60 seconds @ 9.5 mph
45 seconds @ 10 mph
