Quick treadmill warm up

4 supersets:
pull ups (8/2, …forgot the count on the following 3 sets)
push ups with feet on swiss ball (15 reps, alternating feet)

4 supersets, 12 reps:
bench press (65 lbs)
dumbbell rows (35 lbs)

4 supersets, 12 reps (tapering to 10):
barbell shoulder press (40 lbs)
barbell bicep curls (40 lbs)
