    Finally are we getting into tapering mode... can't remember the last time I did a 30min E paced run

      :-) :-) please please give those legs some TLC ahead of the race maga...you are going to ace it ...sub 3:10 is my prediction...just remember to not go out too fast and gradually start loading pace from mile 3 onwards and remember to hydrate and refuel well and regularly ....go ace it!!

    Ran the 1200m repeats at 4:02, 3:53, 3:52, 3:45 pace
