    1 mile "cool down" with Gracie in the neighborhood. Just a great evening to be outside enjoying the beautiful weather!

    Traffic jam on the Cape Trail!! Everyone and their dog seemed to be out enjoying the beautiful sunshine and warmer temps. Great run though.

    Beautiful winterish run through rolling wooded hills in Madison, WI. 55 degrees sure feels colder here than in Cape-especially with snow still on the ground!

      Good run. I remember running with snow melting on the trail and it feels like running in a refridgerator.

      I know. I just wore a base layer long sleeve shirt with a Tshirt over it. I had asthma symptoms when I got back to the motel from breathing in the cold air! I'll dress a little warmer if I go out today!

      Thanks Cliff. I'm starting all over again. Grrr! But I took a year off to plan my daughter's wedding (it was last October) and help my siblings with my mom's illness. She had to go into a nursing home with Alzheimers. So I'm looking forward to a less-stressfull year of running!
