    Beautiful morning run (cool but humid) communing with nature. Saw two families of geese each with 5 chicks, a cardinal, a red-winged blackbird, a meadowlark, and a black cat hunting in the weeds.

    OMG! Ran the hilly Lakeshore Drive Loop without stopping and kept my pace under a 10:40. Nice crisp temps and beautiful blue skies!
