Hmm at the gym on the weekend

It's a super rare occasion for me to work out during the weekend. This is my 6th day of workout this week. Need to rest tomorrow for sure.
Stationary bike for 20 minutes with the Max HR, 169.

I tried to do barbell arm curl but the tendon in my left wrist hurt, so I stopped. Boo.
