Good squat today

Recumbent stationary
10 mins, super easy
15 mins, super hard

At the gym

Low bar full squat
135 x 6 reps x 2
185 x 6
205 x 6
225 x 6
245 x 6 reps x 2

I was thinking if I should do one more set with 245, and decided to lower the weight to do a high reps set

185 x 20 reps, that was brutal :D

Stretching

Random weight, sets, and reps
Front squat
Front squat > push press
Power snatch
Power clean > front squat > push press
Front squat > push press
Overhead squat
Front push press
Practically I was playing around weight working on my forms.

Treadmill
Was going to run for 10 mins with 10 percent incline but I could tell from the beginning I couldn't make it so started walking instead with 15 percent incline. I felt nice burn in my calves.
