I was thinking if I should do one more set with 245, and decided to lower the weight to do a high reps set

Practically I was playing around weight working on my forms.
Treadmill
Was going to run for 10 mins with 10 percent incline but I could tell from the beginning I couldn't make it so started walking instead with 15 percent incline. I felt nice burn in my calves.
